After clicking on the unsubscription link, you will be asked to enter your email address. If you click on the process button, a mail will be sent to you for confirming your unsubscription upon which you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you will have to enter the confirmation id received in your email (the number after "csid=" in the URL received).
